my long beach/palm springs/eagle rock/echo park vacation was successful. the goal of the trip (getting sean's car from palm springs) was accomplished, along with a variety of perks, including but not limited to--eating native foods. twice.
-viewing the exterior of kim sperka's new house
-successfully karaoking toto's "africa" (thanks in part to lyric consultation from lauren evans)
-unsuccessfully karaoking taco's "putting on the ritz"
-ryan price, kim harvey, molly b, ryan not brian
-eating at peasoup andersens. twice.
-passionately singing along to ziggy stardust on the ride home.
*i also went to del taco twice, but opted out adding it to the list. afterall, i already have two restaurants listed, and i felt like my list would be depressing if i included too many food establishments.
in other non-weekend related news, this week--
-finally receive my vespa from vespa scottsdale
-join the gym with lauren evans
-i am only updating my journal with lists from now on
-not really, and it might be pathetic that i find that kind of humor amusing
