| 2005-05-08 this entire weekend has been devoted to me unsuccessfully cooking about four different vegan recipes and sean throwing up (because of the flu, not my food). anyways, i now own a food processor and i christened it with a totally disgusting vegan broccoli alfredo that tasted nothing like broccoli and totally like vegan cream cheese. i also made this indian chickpea rice stuff, that tasted like it should have been a powder for some tumeric and curry seasoning, as the spices totally overpowered the dish. i also made some "cheese" dip which sean sorta liked, and i sorta didn't. i did, however, make some good cookies and good potato tacos (but nothing like taco loco). now sean and i are going the gym and maybe tonight we can go out to dinner to make up for all the disgusting food i made us eat this weekend. |
