| 2005-08-20 rio is lovely and the weather is a consistent 75 degrees year-round. also, there are a billion different kinds of snacks...mostly in pocket pastry form. in them, you can get everything from potato to cheese to mushrooms to meats to seafood to veggie dogs with peppers and onions. tomorrow we leave for bahia (also brazil), but part of me wants to stay in rio, learn portuguese, and only come home after i am completely broke and my credit cards are maxed. |
