| 2005-12-09 the task of keeping up two online journals is really wearing on me. i no longer am able to do any "just for fun" reading, i am constantly ignoring my new puppy (pumpkin) and i basically have not been doing any work at the office! that said, i'm still going to keep both. because really, i like having two journals because i can write to two audiences. one being the adoring 24 friends (about 4 active members) i have on livejournal and then the diaryland that i've informed a total of three people about. if i could compare myself to a semi-famous celebrity, it'd probably be margaret cho, with her hit dvds sold on amazon.com (is to my livejournal) as her personal blog is where she can do whatever the "f" she wants (is to my diaryland). that said, this weekend will by no means measure up to the fantastic weekend i had last weekend. i mean, between you and me, diaryland, the guests were kinda "eh" as one of them ordered way too much sushi for one person and the other one could barely figure out a sewing machine that didn't have a manual. where do i find these people? ok but SERIOUSLY, i am so happy that i get to go home in approx one half hour. that way, i can play with pumpkin, or "pumps" as i've been calling her. god damn it pugs are so adorable! i can also try to convince sean to finish watching true stories as that is an old favorite of mine. |
